Project X: Development Updates

Hello to all, a lot of people will be asking what happened with the 3.5, and ive seen several comments in the journals and receive some notes about that.
The update is almost done really, we need just a couple of rapes and some sprites for the set of cream, but saddly I have to say that we are in the same situation when I announce the 3.5 version, in that time, we just needed the same two rapes and the sprites ive mentioned up there, an entire month wasted without doing anything.
Some of the members not are motivated to continue working, some others, simply dissapeared, or their job dont let them continue working, I already give some pressure to a couple of members to do their job, but... I cant really obligate them to work, the things not goes better for me, because due some circunstances, in 22 days of work in my job, i just had 3 days off in those 22 days, when I come house, I want to rest and play a bit, I can sacrifice some of my time to make the game but if the other members not advance, I cant do my job, plush, im a bit stressed because maybe i will have to take legal actions against my boss in the job due the mentioned trouble.
So, guys, I dont know what to do right now, im not sure if we should put just one rape for the enemies in the upcoming stages or... i dont really know, the ones who was expecting the new male character in the 4.0 sorry but for now will be on hold until furter notices.
Suggestions or ideas to make the development more easy?
And thats why I dont like to put deadlines, things like this happens, and we have bad luck this time, sorry :/

Always remember, you don't HAVE to be making this. This is entirely your choice, you don't owe us anything. So relax, and don't feel like you have to spend all your time doing this. We'll understand if it takes forever because you were busy with your life. Real life is always more important. And while I'm looking forward to the update greatly.. Take your time. You should be making this game because it's fun, not because it's work.Get new members,preferably people who can get things done. You know,a help wanted thing.
Cut the new level and just show off the new "evil" quest.
I Certainly hope things get better (for all of you) and will certainly wait eagarly till 3.5 is released.
You did something I wish more people would do: You let us know there was a problem. You didn't just disappear, you gave us an update. Thank you for showing us we matter to you.
Take some rest. The worst thing for something you love is to force it to the point where it becomes a painful chore.
Segunda pregunta ¿donde puedo descargar el juego?
Maybe advertise looking for some new staff members? I dunno, that might be more trouble than it's worth but I'm sure there's a bunch of pixel artists around who'd be happy to do some work on the side for a project as big as this.
Everything goes acordly with the plan.

maybe i look into the scripts and put my own cream into the game xD
well i made me allready invincible etc. >.> with some expirience is everything possible xD
like using the tool artmoney etc. xP it wasnt easy to find the lifebar xP

We are not quitting, we just have personal problems that are dealling the next update, this is what the journal says.
i meant more that those problems maybe cause that ^^ well english isnt my mainlanguage so, i have sometimes some problems to tel english ppls what i meant ^^''' soory for that >..< (google helped me a bit here xD)
specially coding...
i have seen some weird coding in my life. Some people should almost have been jailed for bad programming style.
if the coding is "decrypted" enough by bad Prog. style, even a prog. guru/ master would not be able to find out how it works.
it doesn't mean that its wrong, just very poorly written.
