Hmm my requests means by definition for me - I can publish my work anywere i want ( I just do info that it is your request), but if you wish - you could forbid this action, and ask for any other restriction. Cause I will do this restrictions ( At example - you could ask do request as request from anonimous, Or publish it at size no Bigger then 800 pixels size) / ( But if restrictions will too complex for me - I just decline request )
