A friend of mine is on the hunt for a talented, reliable coder to help her build a new forum from scratch. She has the domain, graphical layout, and interface details worked out. She just needs someone to script it all up for her. Everything is prepped for the coder to go ahead and start working, and she has money... she just needs the coder! She's been told it would be about two months worth of work, and already has an idea of what it will cost. But tracking down an available coder has been difficult.
