So, is it ever recommended to have an iPhone?

I mean, I have a normal keyboard (smart phone?) cellular phone that's LG with Verizon, a Kindle Fire, a Toshiba Win 7 Home Premium Lappie (that was just typing on the keyboard with lol), and a DSi (I hope to get a 3DS, a MaC OSX Laptop, Win 7 Netbook, & a Desktop (optional, just for games and "massive" stuff) by X-mas 2014/X-mas 2015 (or birthday of 2015/2016) while on the prawl to get 2 16 GB USBs and a 500+GB Ext. HDD by this summer or at least this year's end). So what does that tell you and me? Do I need an iPhone to navigate, help my life, use GPS, etc. or not? X3

Hell no! Stick with whatever phone you have, it'll most likely be 20 gazillion times better!

Don't get a Mac laptop or PC, as they can be easily hacked. Go with a Toshiba, it's better.

How so? And why should Toshiba be special? They don't produce any actual software.

Virus' and people just generally hacking into them and I'm not saying that Toshiba is special, besides the fact that they've been making laptop's the longest, but any PC/Laptop from Apple is just a whole lot easier to hack.

IBM was making laptops far earlier than Toshiba, and Apple systems generally have far fewer viruses that Windows systems.

IBM? That may be true, but easier to hack still. Personal information can easily be obtained from an Apple based computer.

Well, the first of what could be considered a laptop was made by Sinclair...then a few other manufacturers, then Apple and IBM. And while personal information might be easy to obtain, that would generally require having physical possession of the computer. Apple computers are generally immune to most viruses.
