ok, so I have this awesome idea, and no money to get it done :(
I'm in a big kick of TNBC, and would LOVE LOVE LOVE anyone to take my otter and make their version of what he would look like in Halloweentown.
If anyone wants to do it, I give all creative freedom, just keep him an otter and his eye color the same, anything else is fair game.
