i don't know what seems to be the problem. every time i try and log into FA or any other site that requires a password it returns to the home page or the log in page, but i am not logged in. First i thought it was Malware so i cleaned up my PC, nothing changed, then i cleaned out any spyware, still nothing has changed. I can lg into my emails but i must reset my password every time in order to use the service properly. all i know that it apparently is an encryption problem according to Google Chrome. please help

Sounds like a cookie issue, your details aren't being saved and the like.
Like for say firefox, try going into options, under privetcy. Ensure it's set to 'Remember history'. if not it'll not save cookies...and without cookies you'll not stay logged into sites.
give that a try. Tell me if it helps in any way.
