It's a bit odd to me

After being here on FA for a little, I've noticed something.....Almost everyone on this site is amazingly talented. I mean, you don't see very much bad (for lack of a better word) art on here, even when you search something like "Wolf". I just find this interesting, because on dA, you get a mix of all ranges of artistic ability when you search something, while on here you seem to just get stuff that looks amazing. I doubt I'll get an answer anytime soon, but I'm rather curious as to why this is. Oh well, it's not really important, but I felt like sharing my thoughts.

You must be searching only "popular" or "relevancy", which are the search by default. Beside the search query, to the right, there is "sort by", choose "date" and in the "desc order". That should give you the newer stuff. You can also click on "browser", which is the newests of all. Now you shall see even ridiculously terrible draw stuff as I often do. Good luck finding whichever you want to find.

Well that's the weird part. Even when I search the newest stuff I seem to only find things that are at least decently good, the most of the art seeming to be very well made. Perhaps I just have bad timing, or maybe it's the stuff I generally search for. It's not really a big deal to me either way, but thank you for commenting.

Well, try searching on peak time, when loads of people are posting. Also it could be that more and more people are actually ashamed to post? And don't sweat it.
