Well I'm gonna say I'd love to see more characters filling their diapers. Also though wouldn't mind some involving forced potty training too. All sorts of cute critters you could use for it. Maybe have a character being offered trainers or undies and being uninterested or maybe defying the potty training by filling his trainers right by the object. Or you can always go the route of being afraid of the potty. Oh and then there's always the idea of the unwilling trainee attempting to get their diapers back.

How about this: a caretaker of cubs is sitting in the middle of a carpet, arms crossed, has a "-_-" expression. He is in a diaper! Cubs in diapers are either prancing around him or admiring him or something like that. The point would be that cubs managed to get him in a diaper lol

Reverse potty training! A universe where urinary and bowel muscles don't hold in, they push out--and little cubs are born with muscles too weak to really push out against thick padding, so they get sat on a potty several times a day to let it all come out, and wear thin cloth "undies" so if they have to push it out while off the potty, the backpressure doesn't hurt so much, even if it does make a bit of a mess. Once they're older and have stronger muscles, they're given pull-ups so they can go if they can create the pressure, but can pull them down if they just HAVE to use the potty instead. Then once they're fully able, they graduate to diapers. =^_^= Modern disposable training pants have faux diaper tape designs, just like big kid diapers!

(yes I gave this quite a bit of thought, and yes I'm aware there are gaping logic holes. SHUT UP AND FAP)

I totally support Alfador's idea. I also have an idea on a good way to go about it. Maybe it could be a series of three pictures depicting the three stages of the training, each with their own little story to go along with them, since I usually prefer it when pictures have a story with them, rather than those with no explanation of the scenario.
Just thought I'd throw in my little add-on for the suggestion. :3

I had this picture of kits being praised for making such a GOOD mess, of being introduced to diapers by having one put on and then sitting on the potty with it, encouraging the cub to make an effort to get at least a little stain in there, then put in training pants for the rest of the journey. Of cubs being all excited and happy to have made their first messy without taking their pants off.

And then my own pants got very tight for some reason.

Ooh--and the equivalent to a bedwetting problem would then be getting up in the middle of the night to pee. As in, an older cub who just can't get it out while lying down asleep, who has to get up and groggily wet their diapers standing up next to their bed.

The equivalent to Goodnites would then be much the same: thin absorbent underwear, but in this case it's the thinness that's the important part, being flexible enough to let bedwetting cubs pee comfortably while lying down.

Anything involving shortalls, colorful kid-style Converse sneakers and furry characters wetting them would make me happy. If one ever happened to be of my furry raccoon self, you'd be dressed in cub clothes, and used as a hug-weasel to cuddle myself to sleep with. Just be careful though, as I often wet the bed in the night, and you could end up as a rather soggy hug-weasel. I'd have to mix you in with my other plushies and toys, so that you could dry without being noticed. You'd get plenty of cuddles and fun cubby weasel play too.

I've been absolutely enamored recently with "reality play". As in, situations that are highly fetishy but everyone treats it like it's totally normal. Specifically in daycare scenarios. Say for example the age of potty training is somewhere around 17, and so around that age teens start to be put into training pants. The problem, of course, is that it turns out 17 year olds are still too cubby and completely potty-resistant, so there are all these situations in "daycares" (of course teen-cub oriented daycares) where teens are being potty trained, yet keep failing over and over again until the caretakers eventually decide to push the age of potty-training back ANOTHER year to 18, which they wouldn't be surprised to find is still too young for big boy and big girl pants.

Of course with copious diaper/trainer-filling, cubby clothes, and spooging (these are horny teens after all!).

If parents think it's hard to get playful toddlers to keep their diapers on when they're supposed to, try teens in a daycare who really want to hump one another...
