I fucked up. Bad. And I don't know how to fix it and I'm freaking out and I feel like just passing out or tearing my hair out or something and I need to just be able to chill out but I can't because I'm not that kind of person who can let things go easily. I'm so upset. I shouldn't be this upset but I am. Help me please.

It's not that as much as you didn't ask, they don't care if you sit there, they just wished you asked because the table was going to be filled with certain people and they wanted to make sure there were extra seats and such
