Dude, at this point the guy owes you something, be it a refund or a shit ton of progress.
Who's the maker? People need to know about this, because the way they are acting is beyond unprofessional.

No they're not. It says on their profile they're genderless and indifferent towards pronouns.

Seems at least one other fur is having trouble reaching them about completion status. This is a red flag up. Both me and Argus have been through this. Soft heart aside, you have a right to demand true answers from the maker at this time.
