More contest questions!

“Why is it that when one man builds a wall, the next man immediately needs to know what's on the other side?”
― George R.R. Martin, A Game of Thrones
I've got two more questions that I would like some input on before I officially get this contest rolling.
What is the best format to use for the lineart? I've never offered lineart for coloring, so I'm not really sure what is the best format to use. I would assume just a .psd file? I suppose I could find some lineart groups and see what they do.
My other question is, do you prefer to be able to see the other contestants pictures as they are submitted or would you rather wait until the dead line and then I'll post all the contestants? I'm kind of leaning towards posting them as I get them, that way everybody can keep an eye out on how many contestants are entering. Ultimately, I will be needing to use 7 designs. 4 of the 7 will have speaking roles, while 3 will just be in the background. Because of the amount of designs that I will need, there will be no limit to the number of entries a single person enters.
As an added perk to those that are drawing their own husky and not using the base line art, I want to include the picture in the final printed copy of the comic. More on this when I post up the official rules!
Anyway, I would love some input! I have the husky base completed so it's just a matter of me putting the rules together now.

For those who have neither photoshop or SAI, you could simply post the file as a PNG with a transparent background and the lines. That way they can color in a layer beneath the lines. :)
I would recommend posting the entries as they are entered. Most people do it this way, and it is nice to see what you're competing against.
That is a nice perk for those who draw their own lines.
I haven't actually looked or partook in a contest for so long that I really don't know how they are run these days. So thank you for the input. I know if I were apart of a contest I would want to see the other contestants so I knew what I was up against!
Yeah I thought it would be a nice perk! And this way it's a cheater way for me to add some fanart to it since I really haven't seen anybody do any fanart yet. :( LOL
Ok, I actually did a poll over on DeviantArt as well and right now I'm getting 50/50 on whether I should post before the contest ends or after. GAH! Although, I can count these as two votes for posting before the contest ends! LOL
