Hello FA community!
I have been pondering just what to say for my first journal entry here… something profound, witty or thought provoking.. unfortunately nothing is coming to me. So I will just set my brain to shuffle and see what happens.
First off I have been a furry since the 80’s (I am that old >.>) My first fursona was a Saber-tooth tiger that I used to haunt the ancient MUD (text based online social world) Furry Muck with. Back then it was Albedo Anthropomorphics (by Steve Gallacci) that kind of defined what a furry was to me (more so than cartoon characters of that period). My outlook on exactly what it means to be ‘furry’ and even my fursonas has evolved since then.
I am a Canadian currently living in Canada, but in the past I lived (for a few years) in the USA (Seattle). The area I live in has almost no furry community to speak of and is in a ‘Bible Belt’. Most of my furry interactions are through the internet and virtual worlds such as ‘Second Life’ (see the footnote of this entry for more info on SL). I am not a very good ‘tradition artist’ most of my drawings are very ‘hit or miss’ more based on luck then talent. So you won’t see much of it (if at all) posted here. Instead I tend to rely on the virtual mediums to express myself in any sort of artistic way.
Jayce is my Shark fursona, shi is a mental projection of my inner psyche. Jayce is far more outgoing than I am in RL, and far more flirty. But that being said I should clear up a few things:
1. I am (Jayce) not an escort in Second Life.
2. I don’t do booty calls in SL
3. I am not looking for a Girl or Boyfriend.
But..
I would love to make more friends to hangout with and RP with in SL, chat, through notes in FA or anything like that ^^
I am a pervert and flirt at heart so beware… the worst kind of tease.
I will do custom photos for my friends as requests (just drop me a note).
I do have more than one fursona. Each is kind of a fractured piece of my RL persona. But Jayce is the most active/dominate one.
Feel free to use Jayce in your art, stories or animations. All I ask is that you reference me (Jace Lethecus) as the creator of hir in someway (eg: ‘Jayce is copyrighted Jace Lethecus’ ‘Jayce appears courtesy of Jace Lethecus’ in the fine print or something like that). You don’t even have to ask my permission to use hir if you reference me (but I would like to see it so drop me a note).
Jayce’s normal personality:
Dominate, risk taker, emotional, protective of hir friends, loyal, flirty, dirty minded, strong headed but able to work with people and be some what objective.
When drunk:
Submissive, silly, clingy, show off, voyeur to the extreme.
Refer to my reference sheets for hir physical information.
I also do non-furry related stuff on Deviant Art (see my links) and I am on Facebook.
Hmmm that is about all I want to say for the moment. Thanks for taking the time to read this!

Secondly, your characters colors remind me of that one poptart flavor.... The one where the frosting is all purple and blue.

Just look me ups in-world I lurk about most days.. though lately I have been really busy in RL. My name is the same here! If we get enough sharkys together we can all raid the beaches or swimming pools in SL ^^
