Need help, many cam ain't working

Hey guys, so I've tried for the past hour and a half to fix every program that is involved with the streaming process. Seems my tablet driver, manycam, web browser, and my headset all decided to have their own unique problems. Welp I just need to fix manycam now so I can stream again.
The problem occurred when I decided to get the latest version. Basically when I start the program it... doesn't start. Looking at my window's task manager I noticed it doesn't appear as a running application but in the processes tab it's sitting there using up 15,000 kilo of memory.
Sometimes it crashes out when I try to start it, other times it just sits there. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, restarted multiple times. Even tried getting an older version again... but sadly it's the same problem now. (before I installed the new version I was able to open and use manycam... like RIGHT before... so the new install did something... I don't know what)
I tried looking for a free webcam software like manycam but can't find any...
Anyone got any advice on this matter? how to fix it or a different software? until then I'm not able to stream again :< and just when I was getting back into the flow of streaming *snicker*

I don't actually remember how I fixed this, but it started working after I started up Skype the first time.

(I'm actually making my own streaming software btw cause I got tired on the nagware, but it's not anywhere near userfriendly or ready yet xD. Runs faster than the commercial solutions oddly..).
Newest version really hates streaming >.<
Wipe it completely from your system and nab the old version here.
