Same thing happens to me. Mast time I went on a trip with co-workers, 2 or 3 of them got plastered to the wall and were just obnoxious the whole time. One of them tried tanning and pre-drinking at the same time and looked like an orange when it was time to go.

I'm all for being friendly in the workplace, but some relationships are meant for the battlefield and away from the home front.
