Too many people, not enough resources. We are leading ourselves into a precarious situation.

Exercise and effects on the body, other workouts that would give most people a lot of improvements

If everyone lived like Americans and Western Europeans then yes, Earth has reached and far exceeded it's capacity. If we all lived like they do in most African countries, then we are about at capacity. Either way, soon there won't be enough resources for everyone to live and the end of the human race is just around the corner.

Like I said, I hope I am dead when countries start having wars over food and water.

Agreed. I hope I'm alive when the human race figures out how to live within Earth's capacity, however. A glorious day that would be.
