Think like a mouse basically. Its pretty simple, I just plugged it in and it worked! Thinking maybe Photoshop or Gimp.

I'm just starting to use Paint Tool SAI and I like it a lot better than Photoshop. So much easier.

No idea! Its a work computer that has been repurposed. Most likely whatever the newest version my dad could pluck from the black market that is the internet.
