A large futuristic metal world, where the only things not metal are some of the species living upon it, though even they have metal upon their forms. Phephelune is a vast world full of every type of environment, extreme and tame. All is made of metal, save for the water and air. Trees and leaves are of metal, as is the ground, and every grain of sand. When the wind blows, the world does not move with it. The metal only creeks and whistles, sometimes accompanied with the clicking of a creature’s claws upon the ground. The world crawls with creatures, on the land, in the trees, in the clouds, under the ground, in the water.
Society is built on using aura as an energy source, and it powers cities, weapons, and so on. Government is non-existant in most places besides in urban areas and among certain factions of specific species, the most well-known and influential government in all of Phephelune being the Valkyrie. Pure Flesh beings are the majority of political figures in almost all governments, while scraps are the lowest of society. Gold and silver pieces are used as currency.
It is common knowledge to all that deities exist and rein over everything in the world, and that they are usually protectors of some sort.
