I just got off of work and had a bad day. Not only because the cook and the other aide didnt do there jobs so I had to do them but because of my other aide. Ashley. She neglected her job and the residents to go drinking.
Here is the kicker. She is trying to get smashed out of her mind and she came into work so freaking high that she was floating.
She is 16. 16. What the hell.... 16.
Not only that but she was refusing to work. I called the supervisor and she didnt give a damn either!
She didnt care that her underage employee wants to get drunk and drive. She didnt care about the drugs. She didnt care she wasnt doing her job....

I agree with Wolfydog hun. You and I both know that it's true. That most people just really don't care about eachother anymore. In a lot of ways it's the whole, "If it doesn't really effect me then why should I care." Attitude.
