Rules:
1. Choose your theme from existing Pokemon games from Kanto to Unova.
2. Your Pokemon can't be legendaries. Shinies are acceptable.
3. Choosing your own region name is fine, unless you want to use any of the currently existing ones.
4. You can only pick two Pokemon Types like every other Elite Four in the games so choose wisely.
