This is the rest of the information pertaining to the Irathic, please read carefully if you plan on owning one. I worked very hard on this species and would prefer if the information was taken into full consideration when shaping your Irathic's personality/history.

General Information

●The ratio of Males to Females is nearly even.
●Females are much often shorter than Males by about a foot.
●Average Height for Males is 6' and Females is 5'.
●Desert and Tundra Irathic do not get along with one another.
●Humans can not see Irathic unless the Irathic choose for them to.
●They have existed since the planet was created.
●They are not quite Angels but not quite Humans either.
●While there is no sexual reproduction, they still have genitalia. (there can still be sex)
●Most Irathic are Evil or Mean but some are not.
●They can all move very quickly at speeds faster than sound (if they choose to).
●Their agility is unmatched by other species and Females are often more agile than males.
●Females are not looked down upon in their society but the Prince is above the Princess.
●Most Irathic avoid Humans but many like to eat them.
●Cannibalism is prominent in their lives (Tundras are less likely to eat meat at all).
●Irathic are incredibly intelligent as they can live for thousands of years.
●They are immortal but can be killed like any Human can be.
●There are only Two Cities for the Irathic--one in the Desert and one in the Tundra. All Desert Irathic live in theirs and all Tundra in theirs.
●It is considered taboo to ever become mates with an Irathic of the opposing type. (This means it won't happen... ever).
●Irathic eat mostly meats, raw and fresh--rarely cooked, but some (especially the Tundras) will eat fruits and vegetables if they can find them.
●They really only drink water but have wines and juices as well.

Rarities

Among Irathic there are a few rare occurrences.
●Markings are, of course, the most rare feature an Irathic can have and it gains them the status of Royalty. This only includes markings that are on their actual skin.
●Also notably rare is when an Irathic is not quite coloured the way it should be; i.e. a light coloured Desert Irathic or a dark coloured Tundra Irathic. It is considered a birth defect.
●Horns are the next rare feature. They only occur in males and not very often. Three out of ten males will have horns. Strange horns are even more uncommon and are generally only ever found on Princes (though sometimes this is untrue).
●The final rarity is that an Irathic will not be coloured like their Parents. It happens sometimes but not very often..

Religion

●Most Prayers from the Irathic are for Children, Good Health or Safety for their Warriors/Hunters.
●They have Hymns and other songs of praise for the Gods and Goddesses.
●Like other religions, they have Holy Texts but mostly only Clerics and Royalty can read them.
●Their Holy Text is called Naos.
●They have Temples for each Supreme God and Goddess.
●There are festivals for the different times of year and the Sun.

Government

●Irathic are ruled by the chosen Prince and Princess.
●After the Princes and Princesses, the Chief Cleric has the most power.
●All Clerics are looked at as important.
●There can be 'Nobles' that the Prince or Princess appoints who help them in making their decisions.
●The Prince (not the Princess) often has advisers who give them the most advice as well as report on different happenings in the City.

Warriors

●Warriors are the base "profession" of every Irathic in both types. Learning how to fight and efficiently kill from a young age, they also learn stealth techniques and the fastest way to kill different animals. Every Irathic is trained in these ways, though the ones who choose other roles in life do not always continue their training and are not as skilled as others.
●Warriors also do all of the Hunting for their people.
●Selected few Warriors that are often the best or show the most potential are brought to the Princes and Princesses to be chosen as Guardians--this is considered the highest honour for a Warrior.

●If a Warrior becomes a Guardian they perform a Ritual with the Prince or Princess that they have sworn to protect.
●Much like the Family Bonding Ritual, both Prince/Princess and Guardian cut themselves so that they bleed but they instead drip two drops each into water that has been deemed Holy by the Chief Cleric--they then both drink one sip of it. This makes them bound for life and the Guardian will have no choice but to protect his or her Prince/Princess with his or her life.

Clerics

●Besides Royalty, Clerics are often the only Irathic who know how to read.
●They are leaders of the Irathic Religion.
●There are many different types of Clerics (think Bishops, Priests, Acolytes, etc.) but they are all called Clerics.
●There is a Chief Cleric who is much like the Pope as he watches over everything related to the Irathic religion. The Chief is never Female.
●Most Clerics are, however; Female.
●Besides Warriors and, of course, Royalty--Clerics are considered to be the next best "profession".
●Many Clerics are Healers as well and help take care of those who are sick and injured.
●Clerics are sworn to never be Cannibals or to ever kill again (they are the only Irathic exempt from Warrior training once they've chosen their "profession").

Entertainers

●Most Entertainers are for the Princes and Princesses' benefit.
●There are often groups made up of a Singer, Dancer and Musician and sometimes a Jester as well. They are much like bands of Gypsies.
●Dancers and Jesters are the most common Entertainers, good Singers and Musicians are harder to find.
