As far as my art goes, what do you consider high definition? The images I post here on FA usually do not exceed 1000 pixels. For the CD project, and any of my works that go beyond FA, what would you consider a good resolution?
keep in mind that I don't exactly draw on the largest resolution to begin with. (somewhere around 2000 and 3000 pixels at most. ) so higher resolution than what I work with is never a good idea.

Of course, I'm not too familiar with resolution and how it affects the creation of the digital art bit, so I can only give what I've noticed as a viewer. :B

Unless you can really fit more details in, it's not worth it to go above 2k x 3k.
