matteh has put together an extension that will filter out submissions and journals based on keywords in the title (i.e., streaming stuff would be hidden!). It'll also filter seeing shouts, comments, etc. from a user you don't want to see. Like an ultra block!

It's ready to go for Chrome in beta form and he's working on Firefox and some other browsers to come soon. Go get it and give him feedback!
