Journal In a Nutshell.
I just... I just really wanted to say thank you to you guys.
-Takes a deep breath-
Alright.
As some of you may know, I'll be graduating from college in a few days. Or so I'm hoping, anyways. I just gotta pass my up coming finals (which I should be studying for, by the way), but other than that...
I'll be graduating with a B.S. in Biochemistry. Definitely an odd major for someone to have on an art website, huh? I mean, what's a Biochemist going to do with a couple of drawings?
I'm really surprised that I stayed on FA for so long, especially considering that I'm not really an artist like most of you. I've been on FA for about four and a half years (my join date was September 11, 2007) and I honestly... I thought that college would just eat up all of my time and I would never really have any time to do things on the internet like this. But here I am. Still not exactly an artist or anything like that.
And I'm really not much of a furry, if you think about it. It's kind of strange that I ended up staying here.
It's been a real tough four years in college. I wish I could say it was going to be over, but I'm going back to college next year. Another whole year. I'll be in a Biotechnology Certificate Program, which will be giving me lots of valuable lab technique practice and also increase my chances of getting a job, but I really wish I could go out right now and try and find a job, but you know.
Anyways, I just really want to tell you guys... Thank you. Thank you for watching me, faving my art, commenting, and just sort of supporting me without even realizing it. I'm grateful for all the friends that I've made here. I'm sad about the friends that I've lost touch with, as well, but everyone I've met has had a bit of influence in my life, no matter how big or small. Also, I'm sorry. I wish I could have been a better person to you all.

And secondly, thanks to you as well for being open to me and for trusting on me. You have been very nice to me, it tells how good of a person you are.
And finally, I feel very relieved that this journal didn't end with a "Thanks, I'm leaving forever"
Keep on going and I wish you this to be a better college year for you than the past 4.

And nope, Biochem isn't easy at all, but somehow, I made it through~

It's like... I really wish I could be done with college and get a steady job somewhere. But I also wish it could last longer and I could stick around and learn more technical skills and practice so I can improve and get closer to the professional level skills I need.
Anyway, congrats on the degree! Really, it shouldn't be a surprise you're still around and drawing. After all, what is a life without hobbies?
Yeah. A steady job would be so awesome, but you'd have more chances at that steady job if you stay in school a little longer and get more experience and such. I just reallyyy want to get a job so I can stop relying on my parents so much.
Heh, Well, I kind of meant being on a community website like this. I was never good with staying put. And really, my hobby should have just been video games. x3
I was half expecting you to say you're leaving. I'm glad that's not the case!
Ahaha, Man, I must be good at unintentionally making it seem like I'm leaving. I gotta learn not to do that.
Glad you're still here too, I have maybe a couple more years I hope X3
