Hi is bolded because it has 2 tags around the text. The first one is a letter B with square brackets, and a slash after the first bracket on the last tag.
Same thing with underlining and italicising. You use these on FA already. :D
When it comes to colors in HTML, I know that because I know hexadecimal values.
