This happened about two weeks ago. Was taking a shower when I felt a tickling itch on my elbow. I brushed my arm thinking it was water taking to long to go down until I looked down...and saw a spider creeping along the floor of the tub.

For those of you who don't really know me, I'm arachnophobia. I hate spiders! Hate 'em hate 'em hate 'em with a burning passion! Yes, yes I know. You arachno-fanatics are gonna lecture me about how they're helpful because they get rid of household pest in stuff but with me, they need to do that outside or in the walls or somewhere where I can't see them. Otherwise, I gotta special can of yellow Raid for them. Anyway, back to the perverted spider in the tub.

As soon as I saw it creeping around on the bath mat, I didn't even think. I ran out and did all this:

1.)tore down the shower curtain AND shower rod out of place
2.) hit my foot against the toilet
3.) hit my head against the door...or doorway and
4.) I slipped on the linoleum floor on my back
And I think I did all that in under 10 seconds o.o

I crawled out the bathroom scared to death. I didn't feel any pain from hitting my foot and head or from the fall, probably 'cause of adrenaline. After hearing all that commotion, my mom comes running upstairs with a 2x4 thinking someone done crawled in through my window and was trying to rob me. When I told her that was me because of a spider, she fussed at me saying how she almost called 911 and such. I just took the wooden plank from her to take care of the spider while she went back downstairs fussing.

And for any detailed writers out there who make outlines, storyboards, character profiles and the like before they start writing the story. What else is used other feet and inches and pounds? Some others use centimeters, right? Or is it meters? And is it kilograms for the weight?
