paint tool sai is lightweight and good for drawing. That's what i have recently started using.

yeah man those horns are stright out of the printer :P nylon plastic. with the fursuit stuff i mostly dont have to worry about making cast. its cheaper to just use the print. they are also really good for being a cheap and small $2k printer with a work area of only 133x133x133mm the one thing i dont like it can be slow the big horn i print out on two pieces and it took about 3 hours and it was only 6 inches the small 4inch horn took about 45 minutes but its about a mm thinner too :P
