OK - So here I am on the bus ride home from Anthrocon 2012 with eyes wide open for the horizon. It has been a long time since my last really huge embrace of furry life and being a part of it. The moment I got off the bus last Thursday and just saw the tails, the ears, the suits, the love and shenanigans, I really felt home and snug.
(And this was really meaningful, especially because I found out on my way to AC that I was technically homeless. This of course has been remedied, I'm moving into a new apartment next weekend.)
This weekend was full of all sorts of awesomeness and shenanigans.
FRIENDS / FAMILY
It was simply AMAZING to see everyone I've missed for so long once again and to just enjoy even the most simplest of moments in whether a quick hug, sitting down and having lunch with, or smoking hookah on the roof of the convention center. I quickly was thrown into complete zen by this stimulation. <3 I hope in the future, we can find more ways of doing this more frequently (damn money keeping us apart!)

You know who you are - pretty much everyone I ended up hanging out with and getting into all sorts of awesome times with (and wrecking my feet with, on and off the dance floor) throughout the entire convention. It was so great to finally hang, especially in meeting the lot of you who I haven't had the pleasure of being in the company of before this past weekend. <3

I was looking forward to seeing and meeting a lot of people. Sadly, being one of 5000+, it's really hard to get to know everyone, or meet everyone. If you couldn't find me or I couldn't find you - I'm as bummed out about it as you probably are! There will be other chances! Certainly, though, let's continue building a connection wherever we can via the internet until we can finally do! Much love to you all!

What the fuck did I just do this weekend? Jeez. It was just one big ball of fun that couldn't stop! The dealers room was insanity! 2 GRYPHON was maniacally funny! The shenanigans - OH THE SHENANIGANS! (and that aroma of booze) xD SOOO FUUUNNNNN!!!

<3 RENARD <3 - I finally have had the pleasure of meeting my #1 idol, the very avatar of what inspired me to start producing music - IN PERSON. Coolest guy you could ever meet!!! I got to tell him my story along with several others of just the chain reaction of inspiration and movement he's started. It was simply a most awesome experience.
And nothing tops this weekend more than to hear him LIVE on that BIG FUCKING SYSTEM <3 I swear, I probably could have had a concussion had I raged any harder. I was transmogrified by the entire experience of that show, let alone this weekend.

I'm so excited and ambitious now. Along with my new EP releasing soon, I'm going to finally get back into the furry world finally. So, expect some new and big things! ;D
(Still on the bus...mind going a mile a minute! (That's 60MPH btw! <3)
