Need Help with "First/Previous/Next" links

¡Hola!
I've seen a few comics and sequences here on FA with links for "first, previous, and next" so that people can easily get from comic to comic within a comic...
But the thing is...I don't know how to do that. ^_^;
Does anyone know how that can let me know? Because I really want to do that for the Adventures in Timecatting series, and maybe go back and do that for Regressive Tendencies...maybe ^_^;

The first # is the previous submission id (the last part of the URL for the page where the submission is posted).
The second # is the first image in the seriest
And the third # is the next picture in the series.
If you don't have a previous or a next, then replace the submission id with a hyphen
