Yessir, back on my own trusty computer in my own trusty room in my own trusty apartment in my own trusty country, and achin' for mah trusty bowl of Frosted Flakes, yo. :3

Spent most of yesterday just relaxing after arriving back home, as AC, while awesome, was exhausting as well... spent a whole lot of the convention just running back and forth between all the people I was trying to meet up with and see, so much so that I sometimes forgot to do this one thing... uh... what's it called again?

Oh yeah. "Eat."

Anyhow, ON TO THE HIGHLIGHTS

- Traveling with my good buds  bourlingueur and  SHimmortal. The flight delays and the waiting at the airport would have been far less tolerable had I not been in the company of these two awesome dudes.


- Awkward moments in the airport bathroom: Peeing in the middle of a crowded row of urinals, suddenly thinking of something funny, and trying hard not to smile. (Now I know how Larry Craig felt)


- Meeting with a certain mister  Maglot, a damned nice guy, awesome fursuiter (seriously, stick a camera in front of his face, and BAM, instant vogue pose) and a non-awkward straight guy to share a bed with. (He only elbowed me in the face once.) :P


- Despite that I haven't written any stories or fanfics in YEARS and have mostly been focusing on my art of late, I'm STILL apparently known by reputation as "Oh yeah! That guy who wrote 'The Scent of His Mate'!" whenever I run into a new face. (Not sure if that says more about my talent as a writer or my talent as an artist ^^; )


-Running into fellow Quebecers  nazurah57 and  HellBenderRat like, 50 times over the course of the convention, and even finding out that we were taking the same flight home. Come to think of it, I ran into a lot of Quebec furs that I rarely see over here. Ironic that I seem to see them more frequently on foreign soil than I do in my own hometown. ^^;


-Getting to meet  lanhao the guy who made our rooming arrangements this year and last year... only THIS year, I actually got to meet him face to face and give him a proper thanks like decent human being tend to do. ^^


-  Heartlessfang's revenge. (Will be posting that shortly. x3)


- HOLY SHIT, that thing that happened that one time. With that dude. He knows what I'm talking about.


- Fun times with myself, this spectacular dude -->  Flashdark ... and that hotel security guard.


- Nights in the zoo I got to spent actually sitting down, relaxing and sketching in the fine company of  mapdark  Jazzwolf and  beastlybahamut ...while watching freaky-ass Japanese commercials.


- So many awesome new faces and awesome old ones, but FA only allows for yae so many icon profile links per page, so let me see if I can rattle these off:

I'll be posting some of the sketches I both made and received this con over the next few days. As for now, though, I after I got all that resting done, there was a little something I kept saying to myself I was going to do once I got back that I'd been putting off since I left... what was that again?
