Character Development Rant--Nine Tail Trio

...Sipping tea like a lady...
Mind these rants, I like to put use to this journal thing, and character development is fun.
Thinking about making a trio of nine tail foxes...
Maybe a Chinese Huli, a Japanese Kitsune, and a Korean Gumiho, which are literally all the same type of creature just country-specific...whatever...I'm crossing my fingers there are no other countries with a nine tail fox thought I'd have to check Vietnamese mythology. OTL
I thought about making them genderless, but I think I'll dress them up in the female traditional dress (since tradition says nine tails can shapeshift into female humans) of their country's...but that's a pain since China has, what? Like more than 3? Ugh, it's gonna be in a qipao for sure. So I guess qipao, hanbok, and kimono? Sounds good? Yes, great. As for names, I'm thinking Zhougguo, Nippon, and Hanguk because I lack any kind of inspiration other than country names...ugh...whatevs, I'm gonna start there and work with it. .-. Or maybe Huli, Kitsy, and Gumy for inappropriate cutesy names? Probably not, but they might become nicknames. I'm going to use them in this anyways.
I'm thinking doing their faces in the style of theatrical masks of their countries...maybe...I'm assuming China has a specific style of mask. I know Korea does, and I'm pretty positive Japan does too. Color wise...umm...just going on some basic color symbolism--I'm thinking Kitsy will be a reddish color for passion, a yellowish color for Huli since it's the color of the Chinese Empire, and for Gumy, probably a white color since white is a very important color there. Silk, rice, porcelain, fabric, ect.--it's all good. Yes. This is what I shall do.
