You are familiar with who our moon has an effect on the tides of the water, well when the full moon comes around it can make people go nuts as well, (as I know that happens in the nursing home where my mother works.) Anyway in this case, their are two moons in this universe, and a dragon if out and about at night when these moons appear and in conjunction (looks like they are crossing into each other) a dragon could become possessed by the effects of whatever be it, magic, gravitational, so on. And in this case this is where you freedom of expression comes in the scene is set with the moons just overcoming the horizon an a dragon is standing is front of and the moons in the background. Where you come in is, the dragon could look like whatever, feral, anthro, my dragonsona, your dragonsona or one that belongs to someone else, that is what is yours to do.

Or in relation to the other persons idea sweaty, but not a sauna hot sweaty sex scene, really working at it a long time for her pleasure and his. again major liberties could be taken here as well.

so... in basic terms.... the picture would take place not on earth but rather on a different planet where there are 2 moons. If these moons cross one another or appear at the same time, the dragon would lose his mind or become a slave to some idea or feeling? Re,member the moon on earth affects the tide, why? Reason being magnetic gravitation, and water is a polarized molecule, which is why water and electricity should not come into contact to each other. Now think, humans are over 70% water so moon gravitation has an effect on all the worlds living things; the fact if you are already not right in the head then it will affect those individuals more so, right?
So if dragons become destructive during th moons crossing phase then it too impossible, it is not called the Blood Moon for nothing.

Oh, I suspect their will be another nude if you perhaps in that same sauna even, then it will become sausy, LoL

sorta....actually it has to do with the gravitational pull of the moon. It only affects water because water is fluid. It actually affects the atmosphere as well. The moon does not have a very hot core like the earth does and therefore does not generate very much or any magnetic field.
