I have a lot of anger and rage issues and I honestly have no idea how to deal with them, my parents used to lock me in my room when I would get angry as a kid so basically it's be happy or get the fuck out. I normally try to channel my anger into art or something but lately it' turning into me punching or hurting myself in some way.

awwwwww don't do that we all love you and i would never lock you in your room plus i've seen your drawings please dont hurt yourself to much or that all or mostly dont like your pics

I find that playing violent games helps with anger a lot for me. It may be silly, but killing all the townsfolk in skyrim is great for relieving stress XP
