Wow...just wow, I have no become one of many people who know HATE Electronic Arts (EA). My reason is simple and consist of two different games that glitched on me immensely to the point that I would have to start all over after playing for hours on each and both games are from EA. First game is Kingdom of Amalur: Reckoning, a great game at first but as I got pretty far, suddenly all my character's armor simply disappeared an apparently common glitch with EA games. The big problem was the game auto-saved right after it happened and I had no other save thus I would have to start over. Why? Because the armor I had was very unique and so were the weapons that also disappeared on me, leaving my character weak and no armor I could find was even remotely close to what I had; the weapons were even worse. The second game was The Sims 3 with the newest Showtime expansion. I had my Sim almost mastered in ever skill with the exception of Photography, Bass, Piano, and Guitar as being the only ones not mastered that are currently available in the game. Well, as I had my Sim exploring in Shang Simla, China I saved in the middle of a dungeon, however when I went back and loaded my game it loads where I have no Sim at all. It shows no Sims to control, and I'm unable to interact with anything at all. This glitch happens a LOT apparently when it involves The Sims, and with that there is nothing else to do BUT start ALL OVER! This has pissed me off to the point that I will no longer play either game now, not after I spent HOURS on each game, and for what? Just to start all over again as if I never did anything! Also, it seems EA's customer service in this regard is completely non-existent and/or they just don't care.

Anyway, in other news, I mentioned in my last journal that I only had half my contacts, well that has changed and well I had the left one for a while now. I'm upset with the place I went to through because one of the receptionist/nurses/whatever she was convinced me to buy a year supply of my contacts and claimed I'd be eligible for a rebate that would make it basically half off the original price. Well she obviously did not read the whole thing because due to the fact that I have two different ones for two different eyes I was not eligible for the rebate and had I known that I would of got my contacts elsewhere, which from now on I plan to do just that and I will never return to that place either.

Also, back on the 13th I suffered a concussion at work and have had a migraine every day since so it's been a little hard for me to think straight lately. I have a feeling I'm missing something else but I just don't know what...so I guess that's it for now, until next time.
