I'm satisfied, still won't choose the destruction ending though.
Also...I romanced Tali and chose the control ending...not sure if it was shown for the rest of you...but if you look fast...THEY DO SHOW TALI'S FACE*!
*As in she's sitting with her mask off looking like she's in mourning so she's not looking directly at the camera/viewer, but you do get a partial view of what she looks like!

Destroy is the most 'literal' sense; also Legion won me over to be sympathetic to the Geth, and I like EDI. Destroy means that all Geth die, as does EDI. I've no plans to ever complete a playthrough choosing the Destroy option.
Control: Shepard basically becomes one with the Catalyst/Harbinger, and exists within the Reaper concious, he/she IS the Reaper collective conciousness. He is there as witness, guardian and council for the sapient races.
Synthesis: Shepard combines him/herself with the Crucible and is broadcast throughout the galaxy, being the energy waveform that allows Organics and Synthetics to become complete beings as the Catalyst says: Organics become Perfect, and Synthetics gain Empathy. Also Shepard will forever be a part of his/her love interest as a result of their transformation.
