I'm not entirely sure how the pageview counter works on this site, but that's why I had to specify that the winner is the "first" person to Note me. I ran into quite a few people who got the 10,001 pageview last time I tried this.

It's simple: The number is not individual, per visit. It's cookie based and only refreshes like ... probably every 48 hours. So I visit it today, I won't bump the counter up until ... probably 2 days from now.
