well, FFXIII was a good series, awesomes story.. but then.. thats it.

The gameplay was boring.. and mostly.. you just end up watching cinematic at all.


I liked VIII and X / X-2 a lot and was kinda dissapointed by the new gameplay XIII brought up. i want to know more about the story.. but the cinematic alone makes it not worth to buy a third game at all -.-

As long as they give 13-2 some seriously needed closure and resolution, I don't mind they make a 13-3 whether it's a physical or digital release.

Actually, I'm more annoyed that they keep making sequels to this, rather than making a legit new FF. I don't think they need THREE games exploring this world.

That's why we have Type-0, FF14, recently TheatRhythm, upcoming FF Dimensions, and vaporware Verses13. :P

But really, dude, wait for an official announcement before foaming at the mouth and raging about it. You're not being forced to buy it after all if it really bothers you.

And they certainly won't get any money from me. :D

I was disappointed in how they ended XIII-2, so if XIII-3 actually CLOSES the chapter of Etro's Legacy in Gran Pulse/Cocoon/Bhunivelze, I'd be glad. The DLC for XIII-2 was disappointing in that it didn't bring any closure to the "TWIST" ending, although it explained only a little shred of what went on in it.

Didn't play XIII-2, and if the ending was truly a "to be continued" ending, I'm damn glad I didn't. That would've PISSED me off beyond logical reason.

Yeah. After struggling through the final boss being several stages of slap-to-the-face, it saddles you with a To Be Continued... :(
