Yep, my SAI trial has run out, and I don't own photoshop, so instead of pirating software, Im looking for free, simple, non-vector digital art programs

Please, Do not recommend GIMP, ive used it in the past with out much success, in fact it drove me nuts

so yeah, if anybody could lend me a hand out there it would be much apreciated
