Writing.

Writing is fun, but I realise after a long time of being a RPer that it's affected by writing style as well. Not so much as far as format or so on goes (though I suppose that as well), but in idea development. I need to open a dialogue, toss out ideas, and get opinions or input back. Sometimes someone listening is enough, something I've spoken out in the open to get the ball rolling in my head, instead of rocking back and forth in the center of my brain while making no forward progress.
Unfortunately, since I switched RP games a few months ago, and many of my old friends have been busy with RL, I really don't have anyone to share that dialogue with. It's definitely made things harder, and I end up playing with the logistics of writing, the raw data without emotion, because it's easier for me to pick apart without someone else's feedback. Timelines, charts, and raw data output are easy for me without anyone else, but it's also the most unexciting thing to actually read.
