So what has everyone been up to?

Hey all.
I know it's been a while. Life has been interesting for me. And to say that is an understatement.
To those of you who may have given me notes or comments here, on LJ and beyond: if I haven't responded, I have been busy or caught up with thinking of how to respond. Life has had some tough and painful moments for me and in some cases, it has proven hard to find the proper response.
On the positive side, I have been more creative than I have been in a long time. Been writing lots of fan fiction to grease the mind gears and have been getting involved in a lot of Brony stuff lately.
Been working at my job for almost a year now at a costume and party store.
Been trying to manage time with friends offline and on and work and writing and lots of things.
How have all you been?

Hey VP! It's good to see something from you. It's been kinda crazy on my home front as well with one thing or another, so I understand where you're coming from. Good things, not so nice things, surprises, heartaches, ...life.

Like Jarrell said, kinda crazy. Living with a lot of uncertainty lately. Publishing-wise, good stuff happening recently; writing-wise, trying to keep up some kind of momentum to prepare for Camp NaNoWriMo next month. Still trying to market By Sword and Star, though it's something of an uphill slog most of the time, and can be really frustrating. Emotionally... good days and bad days, generally. I think that sums everything up. >^_^<
