Video card help
K ill go strait to business!
my PC uses an HDMI video card to do things, without it i cant run games, most importantly minecraft.
the only monitor i have right now does NOT use HDM<I and has no ports for it.
if i try to use the monitor with my HDMI vidoe card plugged in i get a no signal error and it doesnt work. if i take the card out, it works.
So, does anyone have a solution that would allow me to use both the monitor AND the HDMI card?

What sort of ports does your monitor support? If it's DVI you should be bale to pick up a converter/cable that supports DVI to HDMI fairly cheap, it's how I have my second monitor hooked up.

OP
its old, the cord is part of the monitor, and i dont know what kind it is, i just know its blue and its the basic type of connector for monitors before HDMI was a thing

If it's blue then it's VGA, but with the cable built into the monitor that locks it into a converter instead of the much cheaper cable :(
