This might put some panties in a twist... But need I remind you that in Japan, you can buy panties from a vendor, so you're safe...
Alright. So. I was on my way home from the interne cafe I usually go to when I need to get graphical stuff done *cough*SL*cough*.
I looked outside before I had to depart, saw that the sun was shining down on the road outside. Great I thought. I do prefer traveling home when it's dry...
Guess again... I stepped outside, to a cascade of a downpour which had started in the timespan of four minutes. Ah well. It's survivable. Just had to get to the busstop about 100m down the street... Guess again again. Traffic jam galore. The line was moving slower than I could walk, and when I got to the bus, it was filled to the brink with not only elderly people who apparently found it AMUSING to get outside and with the bus in the middle of rush hour?! Prams with screaming children taking up all the space was mingled in as well. Taking the bus then, was not an option. Oh well. It's only 3 kilometers down to the trainstation (As bloody annoying as rain now can be)...
I then at last got down to the trainstation. Trust me. If I'd been a nuke, there'd be nothing left within a 10 kilometer radius of my position. All trains were running smoothly ... except the line I was supposed to take. Announcement said -Due to technical difficulties, the next train is due return on track 3! Busses has been instated to compensate for this!-. WHAT?! Oh yea... Wwell. Already grumpy, I almost stomped up the stairwell again, just to find; the next bus was driving in half an hour, and when it came, it was ... tadaah. Stuffed with people... Seriously pissed off fennec!
So left with no other choice, I had to walk from there, and back to where I reside. A 6 kilometer trip, in rain, and I was wearing the following...
- Summer jacket
- T-shirt
- Pants
- Socks
- Sneakers
^ All which were soaked when I at last got home, and I was surprised to find out that I was drippling more than the stalagnites in a drip cavern. So yea. What a great start on a wonderful sunshinefilled morning, eh...? And if I encounter one more bicycklist who chooses to drive over for red light while I am crossing the road, I will make them drink from the sewer!
...
The only plus about all of this? Yes. There is one...
"I got my socks and sneakers soaked ... Again. Yay!"

though ive always like the cold and wet as you can always snuggle up in something but when it hot you cant do that :(
but either way ice cream always helps.
and dunno about Denmark but this has been a wet summer for the UK.
There was a downpour here so heavy and powerful last night lightning struck barely METERS from my home. o_o
