I meant to post this yesterday, but got bust dealing with allot of drama. By then, I was really too warn to type all this up.
Since I have to leave for work in a few moments, I'll give the short version...
Basically, after putting it off for the last couple weeks, animal control finally showed up yesterday and I assisted them in getting all the cats out of the house. I'm rather surprised with myself as to how I handled the situation. I was expecting to start falling apart, especially when I had to watch my cat's be taken... but I was able to hold it together.
After that was done, we got the locks changed on the house so my crazy aunt won't be able to go in and steal more things.
There's a few other things, but none of it's relevant at the moment.
Yesterday was a long, emotional day. I'm just glad to finally have the cat thing dealt with. That was a major source right there, lifted right off my shoulders. I would have of course rather they gone to good homes then to the pound... but this is one of those sad cases where you just have to accept reality I guess, especially for that am mount of cats and I just keep thinking that they're in a better place now then where they were. Lets face it, they were living in the same toxic environment that I was and it's really amazing that they were able to survive it for so long..... but then the fact that they were getting fed better then I was may have helped.
This situation is very close to being over at this point, especially with that issue out of the way.
Meanwhile, I got my plane tickets all set, the stuff at work should be getting settled now and all that's left is to pack my bags and get on that plane to New York!
I'll be spending about 2 weeks at :icon"'s place, in which case I'm sure he'll let me use his scanner so I can finally get back to those commissions and trades I owe people.
Once I get back to CA on the 29th and figure out what I'll be doing from that point, weather I go back to NY and stay or stay here in CA or whenever.... that will all depend on how soon I'll get my scanner set up again.
Just hang tight a bit longer guys and I'm sorry again for the delays.

Hmmm I wonder if you should check yourself for Toxoplasmosis, it's a common parasite with cats. It can be transferred easily through the air from cat feces from a litter box, especially in areas where there are multiple cats. Its usually not serious, and in most cases no prescribed antibiotics are needed for most adults. (If you have constant headaches or chest or kidney pain, this could be the cause, as it is a neurological parasite.)

Actually, reading about how to test for Toxoplasmosis may require a brain biopsy, maybe you should ignore my last post hehe.... (You're probably fine anyways.)
