Question: Your thoughts on me submitting my work in parts?
Well, I found a memo addressed to myself the other day, scribbled out on the fateful night when I first started my stories and posted Chapter 1 of The Taste of Terror. It was somewhat amusing.
"However, I think in the future you should consider getting to the vorish part sooner, and make your stories a bit less long and drawn out.
Just for reference... Chapter 1 was, at the time, 2,339 words.
My most recent story, Chapter 5 of the same horrific little series, is just below 13,000.
God, I thought. Was I really that ignorant of my own nature?
And this, in an extremely convoluted manner, brings me to my point: my stories are now generally really quite long, at least 8,000 words. This means that they take quite a while to write - as you may have noticed with my latest, which is coming slowly enough as it is. I feel sad having to wait so long between submissions, and so I am considering... what would you, my kind, ludicrously overgenerous readers, think of the idea of me submitting each of my stories in parts? They're will probably be two parts for most, each about 4000-5000 words, with the first probably containing the introduction and build up, and the second being more about the torture, the ever-present vore, and the... all too inevitable... death.
Obviously, this will mean a quite large break between parts... and knowing me, I'll probably finish on a cliffhanger, and leave poor you waiting until I can finally finish the next part. That's what I don't want to do, since I can be very slow at working sometimes.
Heck, I don't know... what are your thoughts on this?
P.S: And also since I'm damn well going to say this to someone today... I bloody love Owl City. <3

Good writing takes time to note, fill and flesh it out and so I personally am more than happy to wait it out.
I don't think your stories are simply there for us pervs to knock one out, (although I'm sure thats a bonus with most) I think they tell a story, a real, delicious, horific story about innocents and monsters locked in a terrific embrace.
So thats my opinion. I love to see a new addition. Sit with my tab and fall in love with your characters wishing they were real.
Now, lets hear another oppinion.
What I'm considering is doing my stories in the same long, patient and drawn out manner... but not waiting until they're entirely finished before I put them up to the site. I'll upload part of the tale while I'm still working on the next part - a bit like how I did Playing God. Although Playing God would have been just over 25,000 words if I'd put it up as one bundle, so...
Mainly, I was wondering this because it's been a long while since my last story, and although my next is not near finished yet, I've got a good part of it done and ready. I was wondering if I could maybe put it up now, instead of forcing everyone, you and me both, to wait until all 10,000+ words of "Forgotten Gods" is finished. :-P
And thank you. I'm really flattered by that. I have always wanted to be a writer. And now... it's beginning to happen. I cannot tell you all how happy your kind comments make me. ^v^
