Request for artistic help

Alright now This isn't so request for Free art or anything so Don't get your tails in a knot xD
Not many of you know (well maybe two) I have been trying to draw. Well I posted some of that in a thing called "doodles" hehe thats about the mastery of my artistic talent of any form of art stuff-__-
What I been doing lately is looking at art from here. Normaly just sketches you know trying to look at the prosses in witch most of the artist I see use.
Outline in sketch Then Ink(however by computer or ink pen
Then they color it.
Yet what I need OR what I been doing is well. Drawing limbs. arms legs torsos. Feeble attemps at Female torsos-_- meaning Breast on them
Thing Is I can't seem to bring it all together, I mean its not hard to draw a leg. Its adding the foot thats the problem THough I have gotten good at dragons claws O_o
Anywahy what I could use is some help like a basied sketch from start to finish. (end of sketch Thing)
OR if you happen to know a good website that can help that would be awsome

My mother says she has anatomy books and Drawing stuff -__- BUT she can't seem to find them
For now Somebody told me to keep up my doodles>.>
THough I not sure how Little crappy looking chibi doodles can help me draw any better
