Snow, Snow, Glorious SNOW!

This is Vixen, Signing in...
Last week Crazy and I spent two whole days working our butts off getting our original 4WD engine, into the new 4WD body.. GYAH.. WHAT A TASK!! >.> Missed out on 2 days of snow time, but we got it done.. mostly.
Then we headed off to Wagga, to visit family, before staying the night (and hitting a wombat) and heading off the next day to finally go to the snow! XD (where I was rammed int he side by evil Roo.. >.> damn you wildlife damaging cars!) And Damn Snowfield Perisher really likes to eat peoples cash while they can! We have season passes bought cheap from last years promotion, which was awesome... since we are poor these days! We were lucky to have ski tube passes on them aswell, since it cost an arm and a leg to use the damn thing if you bought tickets seperatly! my god!! >.<
Pricing is ridiculous!
When we got up to the snow field, it cost a load just to be transported over snow to the lodge! So I went with the luggage and crazy walked... saving us about $20! (only a 10min walk too!)
geeeeeeez!
The lodge we stayed at was brand new! nice and roomy, and OMG ensuite rooms! Because we are members of this lodge, it's rather cheap to stay on snow! yey! Saved more cash by bringing our own food to cook too! =D
The next day was windy and mixed with the round tiny balls of snow that feels like hail and needles. X.x.... o well.. good to have something!
It snowed the next night allowing us to practically ski from the lodge to the field! (if we had skiis... but snowboarding is a bit different.. we cant go uphill easily) =P
Still, was nice to have about 16cm of fresh powder! (a rarity in Aus really!) lol!
The day after was full of awesome sunshine! I had the helmet cam equipped and filmed lots of foxy snowboarding! (will hopefully edit something together one day of this!) X"D
Then we headed off to Cooma to crash for a couple nights... and now I am home again, ready for tafe tomorrow XP
Will be off again to cheer on the Crazy one while he competes in snowboarding events through the week!!
After that, should be less busy-ness and more proactive fur buildings happening for sure! ^_^
Will update again in a week or so! hopefully with some snow pics!!

16cm of fresh powder is worth paying for though!
I recon it's the best thing EVER! <3
I've only been the falls creek in VIC though, its awesome! Crazy went to Hotham last year though! I dont know what its like =3
