Accuracy (how accurate was the commission compared to your expectations and request?)
Price (how reasonable was the price for your order, and in general for my work?)
Communication (how well was the communication and how well did I keep you updated?)
Speed (how quickly did I finish your order, counting distractions like school, work, personal life, etc?)
Satisfaction (how satisfied are you all-in-all about working with me?)
Comments (anything you'd like to say? Would you commission me again and/or recommend me?)
