Restart. Hit f8 as I starts up. Go in to safe mode with networking. Google trend micro housecall. Run that. Its a online scanner don't buy it. Use there free one. Its really powerfull and it dose not install. If your using windows vista or 7 run windows defender that one works good to.

I would immediately scan that hard drive after you back it up. And win defender dose need little tweaking to work.
