Depending on who you ask, yes, it's PC for "Rape."

Though the Urban dictionary definition pretty much gives a clear picture of its usage:
"Non-con means either:

1) rape that leads to love between the rapist and the raped.

2) sex that one of the partners pretends to be against, but actually enjoys a lot!

3) (archaic) among old people, it is synonymous to rape"



A lot of different artists and writers define "Non-Con" a little differently (some might use it to mean rape, some might use it to mean rape play), so I always ask to be sure. ^^;

Consenting Non-consent would be like, rape-fantasy roleplay. Where nobody's ACTUALLY getting raped but to an outsider, it might look like it because they don't know that it's a carefully staged and scripted fantasy outlet.
