LB's outage in many areas is over. It turns out the problem was some sort of Level 3 ISP wasn't routing the traffic right, which caused entire chunks of the world to be incapable of accessing it.

This calls for celebration!

Well. By celebration, I mean I shall resume putting that support link of mine at the top of every submission's description. :p

Thanks to everyone who tested the link for me, nonetheless. Business can resume as usual here. :)
