Actually Ceralor I think we're onto something here.

I know it's me with the whole "Oh but he has this form too" I kinda imagine now, that he would be balloonie all the time, and that he can become solid latex/goo but he needs to fuse with latex like peices of it or chunks of it or whatever when he can find it.

Part of his torment after becoming a balloonie orca is that he can only float on the surface a baloonie and can never return to beneat the water unless he's in a special diving suit or weighted down, but even then he'd pretty much be paralysed by the air in him trying to pull his body upwards :P

I think as well, with his whole genderchanging, if he tries to squash any part of him that randomly inflates outwards, like breasts, it'd have to push the air somewhere, probably somewhere between his legs and he'd get an unwanted hard on :P

Did you consider a living suit? Orca suits look fantastic <3 As for the balloony idea, maybe you could tie it all in? Not necessarily to make an OP character, but maybe as a living rubber suit that needs to be inflated and/or consume latex (to be a liquid shifter) when not worn? Or something?

I definitely support the idea of liquid shapeshifting orca! We need more of those. <3

Not a big fan of balloonies. X3 Well, you can just make him a 'normal' liquid latex orca so he technically can shapeshift into a balloonie form. :P But it's up to you!

I've always thought that cetaceans in general shouldn't be overly muscled. They've got a layer of blubber which smooths everything out and gives them their sexy streamlined look. At least that is my explination of my orca's body shape, its not that they're lazy at all... never. :)

You say you'll have legs, and that'll make things easier? Why could Garrus not just form legs out of his goo? You're a liquid shifter! You can have any limbs you want! :P

Anyway, I'm all for making new/more characters, but why not make one that's a whole different subset of your interests? You have one goo-being, how is this new goo being going to be THAT different? I suppose I think it's weird because I few goo-creatures as having the potential to be any shape AT ALL, so having one goo-creature means you can just use that one character to make gooey-anything. Ie, if I wanted to have a goo.. horse, for example, in a story, I could just use Anomaly!

I guess it's all about the base form, with you, though. The default shape. I'm tempted to ask you why you think you need to give your new orca legs, though. If there was ever an orca character that didn't need legs, it would be a goo-orca. He could 'swim' in his own puddle, in a manner of speaking, as if he carried his own aquarium/pool with him. He could 'leap' up out of the unformed mass and splash back down into it, as if diving back under the surface. It would all be a show, though, as it would just all be his own shifting mass.

Anyway, I digress.

Maybe you should make a balloonie character, so that Garrus' slime-ness isn't compromised by needing to occasionally get hollowed out, to become a balloon.

Or, make a normal solid character.. who just happens to end up melting a lot, even though he's not an actual liquid shifter. Ie: You could create a 'typical joe' type of person who's sole purpose in your stories and RPs and art, or whatever, is to have the 'terrible fate of melting' befall him, constantly.. either due to accidents or willful actions of your less solid friends!

Hehe well I'm thinking he'd be pure balloonie now actually, goo only when he encounters enough latex or is pumped up with enoughof stuff :P

Also having a different character does allow me to branch out with other personality traits, the orca would be often embarrassed by the situations he ends up in with his gender shifting problems, also be somewhat timid and shy about it hehe. The idea of an orca carrying his own goo round like that sounds interesting though, but I think this is my strange desire to be a living hollow balloon just finally surfacing hehe :P

But yeah also a companion in gooey ab Woolf would be good, while Garrus can solid rubber, I can now relax him as being goo all the time naturally, with the ability to become balloon or otherwise as a definite secondary thing :P
